There is no automated import from Personify. We train on your source material again. Export conversation history from Personify if you still need it — they say you can export at any time. Cancelling Personify, on their FAQ, moves the account to the free tier rather than deleting the clone.
If you want a cheap, fast coaching clone inside a course platform, choose Personify. If you want one book or methodology working as a product on your site, with someone else carrying the build, choose Scriptus. If you only need anonymous Q&A over a PDF, use NotebookLM.
For operators who want a branded, monetized bot on their own site without running the builder, yes. For course creators who want a $0–$39/month clone they configure themselves, Personify is the category product.
Personify's DFY is a custom quote on their clone stack. Scriptus is a different stack: tenant-owned identity, entitlements, citations as the offer, and checkout on your existing rail. Ask both for a demo on your material and compare the product, not the slogan.
