Scriptus builds a custom AI agent from the operator’s documented IP, deploys it under their brand (visitor UI has no Scriptus name), and can run a 3-question trial plus reader subscription — or a free companion. When sources are on, the chat shows work title, chapter, page, and a short passage, or the bot says it does not know. Setup $5,000. Then $500/month. No revenue share. No usage meter. Typical time-to-live: about one week.
