Scriptus vs Coachvox
An AI coach you configure, or a book bot someone builds for you
Coachvox and Scriptus both turn an expert’s material into something people can talk to. They are not the same job. Coachvox is a self-serve product for coaches: upload your content, tune style sliders, embed or share a page, capture leads, and optionally charge for access. Scriptus is a done-for-you engagement: we build the bot on your material, embed it on your site, and you keep what readers pay.
Last researched: 4 September 2026. Coachvox’s homepage that day listed one plan at $83/month billed annually, with a 14-day trial. Other Coachvox pages the same day listed $99/month. Scriptus prices are from getscriptus.com.
Choose Scriptus if
You have a book or methodology and want it live as a branded, cited product in about a week — without becoming the person who trains, styles, and debugs the agent. You want reader billing on your own rail (Woo, Kajabi, Stripe, or Whop) and no Scriptus cut on those subscriptions.
Choose Coachvox if
You are a coach who wants to start this week, yourself. You want lead capture, client transcripts, content-from-chats, and a coach-specific dashboard more than a finished knowledge product someone else operates. You are comfortable uploading material and iterating in Coachvox.

Where Coachvox is stronger
Coach-specific product, not a general chatbot kit. One plan. A short trial. Lead capture and client transcripts as first-class surfaces. Content created from audience challenges. If you want to experiment this month without a $5,000 engagement, Coachvox is the more honest starting point. Scriptus is not trying to beat that ramp.
Where Scriptus is stronger
Implementation is the product. We ingest your work, configure the trial or free access, and embed it under your brand. Identity, entitlements, and durable history are ours to own. Reader checkout stays on the rail you already use. There is no Scriptus cut of subscriber revenue. You can ask us to show a question the bot refuses.
Pricing, without theater
Scriptus is more expensive as a line item: $5,000 + $500/month versus Coachvox’s published $83/month annual (or $99/month on other Coachvox pages). That is not a rounding error. The comparison that matters is a finished knowledge product versus a tool you will operate.
Coachvox can charge clients for access. We will not invent a revenue-share percentage. Third-party writeups disagree with what the marketing page spells out. Verify current monetization terms on Coachvox before you model net revenue.

Switching
There is no automated import from Coachvox. A move to Scriptus means we train on your source material again, on our tenant, and replace the embed. You keep your IP. Coachvox transcripts and contacts stay in Coachvox unless you export them yourself.
Verdict
If you want a coach-specific builder you will operate — leads, transcripts, style sliders — choose Coachvox. If you want one book or methodology working as a product on your site, with someone else carrying the build, choose Scriptus. If you only need anonymous Q&A over a PDF, use NotebookLM.
Questions people actually ask
Is Scriptus a Coachvox alternative?
For authors and coaches who want a branded, monetized bot on their own site without operating the builder, yes. For coaches who want a self-serve AI coach with lead capture and a 14-day trial, Coachvox is the category product and Scriptus is the wrong tool.
Why is Scriptus so much more expensive than Coachvox?
You are paying for a built product and an ongoing operator relationship, not a seat in a coach builder. Coachvox’s published plan is a software subscription. Scriptus’s $5,000 + $500 is an engagement.
Does Scriptus take a cut of reader subscriptions?
No. Subscriber revenue is yours. Checkout stays on WooCommerce, Kajabi, Stripe, or Whop — not on getscriptus.com.
Can I try Scriptus the way I can try Coachvox?
You can use the live Scriptus bots today. Imbalance of Like is free. Marcus and Nietzsche give three questions free. A Scriptus engagement includes a demo on your material. There is not a $0 Scriptus workspace you configure yourself.
