Scriptus vs Synthflow

An enterprise voice rollout, or one knowledge product on your site

Synthflow’s public pricing page is now one tier: Enterprise, with contracts starting at $30,000 a year, scoped to volume, concurrency, telephony, integrations, security, and launch support. That is a serious voice product. It is not a book bot. Older roundups that still quote $29 or $99 Synthflow plans are stale against that page. Scriptus is a done-for-you knowledge product on your website for $5,000 + $500/month.

Last researched: 4 September 2026. Synthflow prices below are from synthflow.ai/pricing that day. Scriptus prices are from getscriptus.com.

Choose Scriptus if

You want your book or methodology working on your site, cited, optionally monetized, built for you. You are not buying a contact-center voice rollout.

Choose Synthflow if

You need enterprise voice agents with SLA, telephony options, CRM and contact-center integrations, and a scoped implementation. You have the volume and security review to justify an enterprise contract.

Where Synthflow is stronger

Enterprise voice, no-code leaning, implementation in the contract. A public annual floor so you know you are not buying a $99 toy. If phone at company scale is the job, Synthflow is in that conversation with Vapi and Retell Scale. Scriptus is not.

Where Scriptus is stronger

A public, smaller engagement for a different object: one site-based knowledge product. Citations, entitlements, reader commerce. No $30,000 voice contract to get a book live. Purpose-built — not a contact center with a PDF attached.

Pricing, without theater

On sticker, Scriptus is cheaper than Synthflow’s public floor. That comparison is mostly meaningless. One is a book-bot engagement. The other is an enterprise voice rollout. If you need both, you are buying two products.

We will not quote retired Synthflow self-serve tiers. If a blog still lists them, check synthflow.ai/pricing.

Switching

There is no import from Synthflow. If you already have a voice contract, keep it for calls. Scriptus replaces a site widget, not a telephony stack.

Verdict

Choose Synthflow if you are buying enterprise voice. Choose Scriptus if you already have the knowledge and want it on your site. Choose Vapi or Retell if you want self-serve phone minutes instead of a $30,000 floor. If you only need anonymous Q&A over a PDF, use NotebookLM.

No. Subscriber revenue is yours.

What about no-code voice I saw in old Synthflow reviews?

Their public page on 4 September 2026 is enterprise-only. Verify with them if any self-serve plan still exists. We will not advertise a plan we could not see.
